E-bay?

I have read several posts on this BB that refer to good deals people get on e-bay. I really never considered to buy off of this site. I went to e-bay and looked at alot of the aquariums and such, and noticed that a good majority of them are being bought at a higher price than you would pay for new equipment.
Any thoughts?

I picked up a ecosystem 40 that if I bought around here would cost me $300 for $160 from ----. Actually I contacted the guy privately after the auction and bought one that way. I think $160 is a good deal for it. So it's all relative.
