Early Birthday present

Ok, so I have been wanting an Ipod touch for a while now. And when we were at walmart, my Mom went and looked at the electronics. I went over with her, and they told us that there was only one Ipod touch left, for $267. So we bought it. I'm not allowed to open it, or even look at the box until my B-day, Which is in 5 days. What are your thoughts on Ipod touches? And what earphones/covers are best?

Well, that rocks! How old are you turning? My cousin's b-day is 2/23 and she's turning 8 yrs. old her Mom and her Mom's BF got her a Wii for her b-day. Can you say spoiled??

I have one and they are COOL! My daughter does things with hers that I did not know they could do. One thing that you need to do. When you load the CDs into itunes, you then need to dowload the cover art from itunes. Just do a right click on the song and somewhere in there is a place to downlaod the cover art. Trust me that is what the ipod touch was made for, flipping through your cds like the are right there.
Miaheat has one and he loves it. BTW do you have WiFi in your home? Because they have that and you can surf SWF.com over it.

I got one for myself for my 40th birthday. Dumb me I didn't try to listen anything on it until last week and there is something wrong with the music part. The photo album part works great. I've got over 2000 pics there so far.

I got one for christmas. They are amazing little things. My suggestion is deffinetly get screen protectors. I have one and I take good care of it but somehow it has scratches on the screen protector that I cant wipe off. IM glad I have it.
Headphones.. I think any work, I have the ones that came with them, plus my own headphones which are much better. So headphones are really personal preference

Yeah, I have wifi, and I know the passoword to our school interent connection, so I could get on here in science
And I am going to go get all of the cover art for my Itunes, thanks for pointing that out

I was going to get a screen protector anyway, but you sealed the deal lol. I think I am going to go with the bass boost headphones that I saw at radioshack.

Forgot about the screen protectors. They are a must. I had a hard time finding ones that I liked (I am cheap). I found a pack of screen protectors for a Palm pilot. You cut it down for the touch and they work great.
Spider, that blows, I hope you have no problems getting a replacement.

anyone with a iPod touch/Iphone shoul go to everythingicafe.com u will learn things to do to ur pod/phone that will make ur head spin. if u r the least bit tech savy u can do amazing things to these products. lets just say one of the major drawbacks of the iphone is it has no video recording...but i got it on my iphone
and screen protector is a must

Woohoo!!!! I got it today, and I love it! But it won't let me on to the internet, and it says it cannot find the server. Any suggestions?

You have to have a WiFi connection where ever you are at
