Some pictures of the East Peoria, IL Festival of Lights. The displays have to be mobile and after the parade they park them at the VFW park along with stationary displays. It's a 2.5 mile drive through the park. If you have never been and are close enough, I would recommend taking the tour. The police in town do a decent job for traffic flow, but it took an hour to make it to the park this year and there are no restrooms. In the past they had Johnny on the Spots at the entrance for the money takers. It cost $5 per car, Mon-Thurs and $10 Fri-Sun. Open 5 -10 PM

Thanks - The pictures I took doesn't do it justice. I live in the STL metro area and it takes us about 2.5 hours to get there. I spent about six months at a client site 7 years ago in Peoria is how I ran acrossed it... We have been three times. If you have kids, they would love it, plan ahead on facility breaks.
