Easy way of topping off/refilling tank?

I have a 100g tank at home that my family used to take care of while I was at work during the week, however due to the circumstances I know have very little time to actually change the tank water and top it up myself.
I was wondering if there is any way of making the process easier? Is it possible to pipe in water and automatically get it to mix in salt and warm it up? How do fish stores get around the problem?
Hope you can help, thanks.

Are you talking about the water that evaporates? If so then you only add fresh water to the tank cause the salt and everything stays in the tank just the fresh water evaporates. And yes you can get a auto topoff unit. Check out autotopoff.com I have one of them and it works GREAT

Fish stores usually have hired help.
You could prolong the waterchanges to once a month.
You can have an rodi plumbed into an auto-topoff system if you wanted.
I usually overfill my sump a bit when I know I am going to be busy. That way I can eek out two days of filling topoff.
