Ebay vendor warning

I just wanted to warn everyone about a vendor on ---- selling what he claims are Nassarius snails. I ordered a bunch from him and they're actually Illynassa obsoleta. I've written him and told him but I've never heard back from him.
On top of that he keeps changing his ---- user name. I'm assuming he does this so people can't leave feedback. ---- won't allow you to leave feedback to a username that's not being used anymore.
The last time I checked, this vendor is going by the name snailsnthings.
His ad is:
'algae eating Nassarius snails FREE SHIPPING'
Just wanted to post a warning so no one else gets ripped off!!

There is no reason not to trust E-bay. I have dealt with it several times with no probleks. The thing is if the guy seems to be a little shady, then he probably is. I always write the seller and ask them questions before I bid. Never really had a problem. As to not being able to sell live animals on e-bay, well then someone should mention this to the hundreds of people selling corals and fish on it. There seem to be some good deals, but I don't know how much I can trust that they will recieve alive. Also, overnight shipping is pretty expensive unless you are ordering several items. Sorry about the snails, report him to E-bay. The can tract is IP and I am sure there is some coarse of action you can take. Remember ALWAYS CHECK THE FEEDBACK! If the guy has glasses next to his name, means he has changed it recently. If he has ZERO or several negative feedback, stay away!

blondenaso1 is right,
I've used ---- many times and this is the first time I've had trouble. Before I ordered I contacted about 10 people who had previously won the same auction and asked them if they received the snails alive and well. About 7 of them replied and said they received live snails. So I thought it safe and ordered. I had no clue, and I guess those people didn't either, that this guy was passing off his snails as Nassarius.
I'm taking this as a learning experience.
