Eclipse 6 gal users, I have a retrofit kit ?

For those of you who use the Eclipse 6 gallon for a desktop nano tank, the dimensions say its 16.5Lx9wx14.5H
I wondered if the Powercompact smartlite retrofit kit that is 32W that measures 13x3x1.25 will fit in the existing light space (which I have no clue on those dimensions)?
If you have an eclipse six gallon, do you think this retrofit kit will work, and if not, tell me what you used instead!
My plan for an eclipse 6 is 3 inch DSB, 7 lbs. LR, and a yellow colony polpy and some kenya tree coral. Thats it. MAYBE a snail or hermit but only if algae problems, because of critters in LS. WHAT DO YO THINK?

This that is the lighting I have. It fit into the hood with only minor modifications.
