i just started a 400 about a month ago and i decided that it was goin to be a reef tank i currently have a wet/dry but i've heard so much about this ecosystem filter but i've never seen one workin and i dont know of anyone w/ one...so i was wondering does anyone have any info about an ecosystem and wut r the benifits and if it worth it???
just in case you know the ecosystem by another name it the filter w/ p/c over the sump and it has mudd at the bottom w/ algae growin in the center of the sump.
p.s. i also have about 100lbs of figi leaft over i bought for $5 a lb and i went to go return them at my lfs where i bought them from and he refused to buy them back off me for $5 a lb he wanted to give me $2 a lb (mind you i bought 400lb of rock) so im in the search for a new lfs... so if anyone wants a 100lbs of figi for $3 a lb plz let me know... null
