Edible Refugia (Attn Hawaiians)

I'm working on a 125gal long fish & live-rock set up. Just finished bench and wiring electrical outlets. My thoughts are now turning towards lighting and what I'll put in the refugium. I thought it might be cool to use limu the excess of which I might harvest for mixing with my poke.

I would most like to use ogo or kohu. Anybody ever tried this? Does anyone know what lighting requirements etc. I might need to meet?

try it and let us know if it works. you'll probably need rocks for the limu to grab on to tho.
