there is an lfs that has a green moray eel that is 5 or so feet long and in a very small tank.. he just sits there all day.... lets just say he couldnt move even if he wanted to... i think its pretty mean...

no.. i dont think we are??.. but they mentioned that tank being at a restaurant... this is at a lfs... lol
