Efficient Protein Skimmer

Is the lowest model of AquaC remora protein skimmer very efficient ?
I heard Coralife super skimmer is good too .
Any sugestion ?

What size of tank are you wanting to put it on? They make very good hob skimmer.

I want to put it in my 55 gallon tank . Right now im using Seaclone 100 and it works okay . I see some foam and brown things inside the cup . I didn't put anything on the pump like sponge or cloth . XD

coralife SS (all of them) easily outskims a remora (all of them) but for hang on back applications I'd much rather have the remora because a) coralife is bulky looking on the tank. God forbid you need one bigger than the 65 b) coralife bubble difuser is bulky/looks like trash in the tank and doesn't always work well for everybody c) before you get adjusting it down packed or your tank stable you will overflow it a few times unless you stay home and watch it 24/7. None of that really matters for in sump use but it does if you dont plan on getting a sump.
