I wold like to know your experiences with Electronic PH Monitors....
I have just been given a VERY nice PH, Temp, etc. monitor. The company that he used to work for made these or distributed these... He said it is in the tune of $450-600. He gave it to me as a gift, since Im such a cool neighbor..
At the moment he needs to calibrate it, but then it's in the tank.
Please any prior experiences would be greatly appreciated...! :D

Do you also test the PH some other way, just as a sanity check, and if so, how accurate are the reading between the two...?
Thanks...! <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

I have a Neptune Systems Aquacontroller. It monitors and can control pH, temp, and ORP. It has the ability to be calibrated, so accuracy is 100%. Most pH monitors can be calibrated with special solutions so they remain accurate.
