i have those same lights, yes your bill will go up, i do not know what your electric co. charges per kilowatt hour are, but my bill went up about 30.00 a month, if you put them on timers you can probably save a bit, i turn mine on whenever i get up and turn them off an hour or so before bed, and i don't have corals as of yet, so i do not use the mh part that much, hope that helps, by the way i am happy with the lights...tobin

them, that is how i know about the sevice, it's a good price and all but when i ordered mine i asked for the 14000k they sent the 10000k called them, e-mailed them nothing, also the switch on the actinics did/does not work i told them this too, nothing so i have to literally unplug them to turn them off i need a timer bad, so i won't do business with them anymore, just so you know...tobin

i have the same lights also...I use the 14k bulbs in mine and love em. You can get the bulbs from the big site where you bid on stuff.
I would estimate that my entire 180 setup costs me around $65 a month for everything, electric wise.
