emerald crab/coral

I have my tank set up for the most part so that I can start putting coral and the likes in it. A couple of weeks ago, I bought another piece of live rock, and it must have had a hitch-hicker on it. The other day I noticed an emerald crab 2+ inches. Is it ok to keep him in there as I start dropping in coral, or will he kill it all??

I have an emerald and lots of various corals, he has never bothered them. But I have read a few threads where the emerald has eated polyps off of some SPS's. I think it's a greater chance that they will not bother your corals though.
