Emerald crabs.....hmmmm....

Got one as a hitchhiker on some live rock. Do they eat corraline? I have noticed it kinda picking at it, but can't tell if he's actually eating it or not! I'm starting to worry. I did want one and was glad to get him...but now I'm starting to wonder.

Emerald Crabs are algae eaters but they eat the nusiance kind. They will get the hard-to-get algae off your LR but shouldleave the coraline alone. They also help spread coraline algae by releasing spores from the coraline algae as they eat.
