Are you cycling with the mollies? If so, please get them out and into your QT tank. Instead of using live fish, throw a fresh cocktail shrimp into the display to cycle. Cycling with live fish is a very cruel and is very difficult for the fish...very often ending in death.
Before you do anything else or add anything else to your tank, please, PLEASE post here what you're doing and how. There are SO many people here to help.
Good luck with the little mollies.

We need specific water parameters, if you can. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH and specific gravity (salt content).
How long have your tanks been up (both display and QT)?
