OK guys and gals,
I have had a long tenacle for about a month and a half. He has done great! I had two maroons take host in him. Well, just recently he has shriveled up and he started to fall apart when I touched him. He is still moving his tenacles, but he looks horrible. Is he dying, dead, or what? I moved him closer to the light, but I think I might be late. Please help! I have a PC for lighting and I have been told that is OK and I have been told that is not enough light. All water conditions were checked earlier today and they are tip top. What is the deal. I also have a sebae and he looks great.

okay lets start with the easy questions,what size tank?
Also there could be many things going on in your tank, one thing could be chemicl warfare between the anemones if the tank is not at least 125 allons or more. Another could be lighting issues, or maybe the clowns being to rough on him.
to be honest if your tank is more then 18 inches deep then powercompact are not enough for any anemones.
No matter what the problem is, if he is falling apart he is indeed dying and you should be doing immediate water changes to lower the toxin levels, also if he contimues to fall apart more i would say pull him form the tank and 87 him.
