My friend who has a well establish 40 gallon aquarium just got her first anemone. well, it just so happens that her heater decided to malfunction the next day... now she has a possibly dying, but really stressed out anemone. it's really small, like maybe an inch in diameter. all her levels are normal for this little guy, but because she wasn't home when her heater malfunctioned, it was in 90 degree water for at least 4 or 5 hours... here is a pic of how it looks now, it's really weak. anyone have any suggestions? can she save it? she would register on swf but right now she has no internet.

You need to get the temp down, so I would recommend floating some RO ice cubes in the tank. He does not look dead but the water is way to hot.

So she got the temp down, but found out that this anemone is not a long tip, but a pink tip instead. she is going to be taking at back as she paid just over 50 dollars for it.
