It is definitely the stress coat. It will make your skimmer go mad. THankfully its not at bedtime. If it isn't settled down by then, you will need to shut it off.
If your able, try adjusting your skimmer so the water line is lower and that will slow the skimmer down. Not sure what kind you have, so not sure this will work. BTW, whats up with your lion???

Ours took a couple of hours, just depending on how much stress coat you added. Its the aloe vera oil in it from what I understand.

Yes, you will still need to be there to watch it when you turn it back on. Best to let it run its course if you can

yeah theres aloe vera in it. So should i unplug it? Or should i keep letting it run while unplugging in and dumping the water back into the aquarium?

Dumping the water back into the aquarium, is only replacing the stress coat back into the water and there again, the skimmer is going to go crazy pulling it out. You'll need to flush it instead and if your able to stick around and keep an eye on it, I would let it run so it can work it out of the system.

No, the skimmer is removing salt water so you will need to replace it with salt water. I would get some mixing if you can so you can add it in tomorrow. Your water level will probably be low up until that point but it shouldn't be much. Replacing with fresh will reduce your salinity.

i dont think the salinity will be bothered
Its at 1.025. Plus i dont have anymore salt
used the last of it for the water change
