Emperor 400 (Micro-Bubbles)

I have a Emperor 400 filter on one of my smaller SW tanks About 4 days ago I cleaned out the impeller. from that point on I've had Micro Bubbles
Has anyone else had this problem? or Know how to correct it
(I have checked for cracks and pinholes on the inlet)

Chances are you have a pocket of air in the impeller housing and it's just slowly breaking it apart in your tank. You could take the pump apart again and put it back together under water so that it doesn't get any air in it.
