Emperor Angel

I was wondering if someone could tell me, where the best location is to get a emperor angel from. I have seen them from the Red Sea, Bali, Indo Pacific,and Africa. Where are they the most colorful?

Red Sea ones are considered the best in color and long term survival according to articles I have read. For some reason a lot of the Red Sea fish species are considered best way to go.

i agree with puffer on this. many species including the imperator angel do best when they are from the red sea. you can expect to pay alot more for a red sea specimen also. bo

Trey is definetly right. Christmas Island Emperors have the best color, but red sea specimen come pretty darn close. But I wouldn't buy an adult specimen, you can get juvenile specimen from these regions and that might be the best way to go. TJ
