Emperor Angelfish Fresh Water Bath?!?

I found this video and I was wondering what's the reason behind giving him a fresh water bath? I've heard about the fresh water dips to kill some bacteria, but a bath?
Someone please help me understand this

Angels and Butterflies are highly prone to flukes, a fish can survive a 5 or so minute FW bath/dip, the flukes cannot. We also often treat "large" Angels with Prazipro, the dip will only kill the flukes on the surface, Prazi takes care of the rest...I also use Methalene Blue for my dip.

What in that video led you to think it was fresh water and not saltwater?

Look to the right of the video. There is a description box that says
"9" Mauritius Emperor Angelfish 馬代皇帝 "Pomacanthus imperator" having a Fresh Water Bath (FWB)."

Ah, I missed that. I was just focused on the title of video on the top left side.
