I've had an emperor angelfish for over 2 years. For the last 7 months he has stopped changing into his adult colors. Most of the underdevelopment is in the face area although his yellow lines have also not developed completely. He is in a 125g tank, with UV, Fluidized bed , fluval 403, and berlin skimmer types of filtration. He is fed angel formula, mysis and brine shrimp as well as spectrum pellets all soaked in Selcon. He also gets a sheet of Nori at least every other day. His tank mates include, Sohal, yellow tang, hippo tang, flame angel, two hawk fish and a heniochus butterfly. Does anyone have a clue as to why his colors are not further developing and how I can get them to develope fully into adult coloration???
