emperor penguin over a whisper 5?

I WILL BE STARTING A 45 GALLON TANK F/O I HAVE A WHISPER 5 AVAILABLE AND AN EMPEROR 400 DONT KNOW WICH WOULD BE BETTER,I WILL ALSO BE USING A PROTEIN SKIMMER, AND UNDERGRAVEL FILTER WITH 2 POWERHEADS...I PLAN ON PUTTING IN 2 TRIGGER FISH (CLOWN)AND (PICASSO)AND MAYBE A SMALL EEL.....ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED....THANK YOU..

Don't cycle your new tank with these fish, but if you do anyway, don't add all these fish at once.

thanks beth.....i did not plan to cycle with those wonderful triggers......but i need that question answered about the type of filter i have at my disposal for use and the set up i explained.....thanks to all.....

The whisper sucks. The marineland is much better, and I think it's the emperor model that has the extra chambers in back for biological media. If it is not get the one that does. Which is the penguin. And buy the larger of them. Good Luck.
