Enough filtration

Last night I swithced from my Eclipse 3 to an Emporer 280. I was going to use the 400 but there was not enought room in between the top divider. Oh yea, 37gal. tall with 45lbs of live rock. (4 months old) I am going to get a skimmer and I have two power heads.
My question is will this be enough?

I would say so as long as everything is turned up.
