Enough light for a Heliopora?

Should t5 lighting be enough for a Heliopora? It came on a rock with a ric, starburst and 2 polyp frags. Also, LFS says it can be anywhere in the water column, but does anyone know if they prefer a certain area? Can't find a whole lot of info about them. Mine is in the middle/top area. Just got it yesterday, and it is still slumped over (pretty excited for it to open back up!)

I don't know what a hiliopora is, but I have t5s and when I bought the tank (used). the owner had just about everything with it... I have some mushrooms that are not doing so well because of the aptasias and majanos, an anemone and some other corals that I am not sura what they call. I read about t5s and all said good things about it. I think that the only thing that will not do well with it is hard corals because they need the metal hilide.

A good rule of thumb 5 watts per gal. of water and you can have just about any type of coral. Heliopora is a SPS(small polyp stony) coral not only do you need good lighting your cal. needs to be atleast 400ppm. and AKL. between 8-12 DKH if you have the wattage it will grow under T5's.
