Enough light? Wheres the experts>?

I'm trying to turn my 80 gallone tank with 100lbs of live rok into a reef tank.
I have this light already Model 1006 48" Satellite 2x65 watt SmartPaq with 2 Lunar Lights If I added this one below also and ran both would it be enough?
Model 1016 48" Dual Satellite 4x65 watt SunPaq with Lunar Light and 2 Fans I'm trying to save money if possible.......
2x65 = 130
4x65 = 260
Total = 390
watts per gallon almost 5 for my eight gallon tank > ?

What are the dimensions of the tank? What types of coral do you plan on keeping?

The tank is the same as a 75 gallon but a bit taller. It's 48"x18"x ? Not sure of depth. I just wanna turn this into a pretty and colorful tank. You or anyone else coujld probably help with what kind of corals are great with color and dummy proof to start lol I'm very new but eager .... My boyfriend is gettin jealous of all the help im' gettin here off this board so please... Keep the advice rollin

That is sufficient light to keep almost any soft coral and lps(large polyp stone-example- frogspawn)

Just get some halides or at least T5's. I know it's pricey, but if you end up staying in the hobby for a while, you're going to end up spending that money anyway.
