I have a 40 gallon tall tank... 30" wide and 24" tall... So far I have been running it with 1x65W current satellite PC light... Soft corals have done alright, but with slow growth (ie: gsp, gorgonian and xenias)...
Today I'm getting another current light that is the same but 2x65W.. to add to the tank.
I will have 195W total now... by questions are:
1) can I keep hard corals? being that I have almost 5 times the gallon amount
2) will this be too hot running both side by side? the new one has a cooling fan, but the old does not?
