Enough Light??

I have someone who is interested in one of my German Blue Stag frags. He has a stock 14G Biocube with the dual Compact Flourescent lights. Is that lighting good enough for this coral?

If it lives at all at the very top of the water it will brown out.

Any ideas on a good, small MH pendant or other lighting that would allow for SPS in that size tank?
