enough light?

is this set up enough light for a L94.5 X W31.5 X H31.5 (406Gl)
mixed reef tank

after some advise elsewhere I changed to the following set up
better or not?

Four bulbs is good for the length of the tank, but since it's 31" deep I would use 400w bulbs instead of 250.

I'd use rows of 2x39 watt T5's for the supplimental lighting rather than 1 48 wat so you get a more even spread.

the 2 middle MH will be 400W and the 2 outside ones only 250W
The blue lights wont be used as additional lighting but more as night light.
