Would like to keep this anemone in the future. Would I be able to keep it in a 90gal with t-5 or vho lighting? What about this one too Heteractis Magnifica?

You can keep BTAs with pc or T-5 lighting . Heteractis Magnifica
can be kept with T-5 and mh .

It's not about the type of lighting, but how much of it do you have.

Well right now I have a 6x65watt pc fixture. I would like to be able to keep some anemones and soft corals. I really like being able to simulate a dusk to dawn effect. So I don't want to buy straight metal halide pendants. Don't really have the money for metal halide/pc combo or metal halide/t5 combo. Thought maybe I could upgrade to t5s. Do you think my current lighting(6x65watt pc) will be enough?

T-5s and mh put out more light than pc which brings back to what I said .

I have heard it is not about the amount of watts you throw at a tank but the type of lighting you have. or the strength of the light to penetrate the water in the tank.
