Most any of the basic 2 part should do it.
BUT.........
How thick you looking to go?
Moisture exposure? or submersible? Need flexible? rigid?
Ambient temp during application/cure time is a huge factor for longer curing resins.
Thickness intended? For thin work brush on or drizzle coat is ok, for thicker some need reinforcement even to stick to itself.
Using a resin thicker then intended leaves yourself open to shrink and cracking unless it is reinforced.
Not trying to make it into rocket science about answering your simple question. We wouldnt want to steer you blindly just because you are looking for absence of a anti-mildew agent.
Add some more info about what your looking for it to do in terms of performance and I am sure we can narrow it right down to something ideal for you.
