Hi All, I am moving and now I must depart with my tank. I wanted to know what I could expect to get for my equipment? All equipment is used but in great condition. Here is a short list of what I would be selling:
Oceanic 75 Gallon Reef Ready with Oak Stand and Canopy
Dual 250 watt MH with Dual 20 watt Actinic Blue/ 10K MH Bulbs: All in a fan vented hood ( Have about 3 months use )
LifeReef CLF1 Compact Berlin Filter System
LifeReef custom Refuge Approx 26 Gallons
ALso
Oceanic 30 Gallon Cube with stand
EheimPro Canister Filter

If you could get $500.00 for everything you would be doing good, real good....
If you sell it in pieces you could maybe get that. The resale is very bad on equipment...
My advice honestly...wash everything up real good and put it in storage for 1 year. If you don't get the fish bug after a year, then sell it. Otherwise you may land up buying it all over again. I did that to myself 2 Xs now. I always pay way more than I can get out of selling it. Storage was cheaper in the long run.

I absolutely agree with storing your stuff. Eventually you will get the bug again. I actually shop CL nightly looking for great buys, keeping what I want, and put the rest up for commission sale at my LFS. By shopping wisely, I usually can resale what I don't want for my purchase price.
