Equipment Set-up for Triggers

75g w/ 2 inch Picasso trigger and 3 inch Niger trigger. 25 lbs of live rock. No overflow for sump. Which filtration set-up would be better starting out (due to limited budget)?
1) 2 Fluval 304s and a Seaclone skimmer
2) Remora HOT Skimmer and a Emperor 400

As long as you have a skimmer in the system, then you'll be fine. Triggers are messy fish that put out a lot of waste. The skimmer will help keep that down. I would recommend adding some more live rock when you can. The other filter parts like the fluvals work fine.

Remora and 400 I would go for. I love Emperors for easy of use an pad changing and their cost if you know where to look is under 40 bucks (but I have seen them as high as 59 so be careful where you buy it).
