Equipment Suggestions

I'm setting up my 125, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on equipment for the tank. I'm looking for a protein skimmer, a refugium, and RO filter. If someone could throw out some brand names that would work for a 125 I would really appreciate it. Also, I'm thinking about upgrading my lighting to metal halides. Would 3- 400watt bulbs be too much? Finally, I have one last question: what are ideal water perameters? Nitrates, Nitrites, ammonia, ph, salinity, alkalinity? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What are the measurements of your tank? That will determin the lighting?

For a skimmer use the Coralife Super Needle Wheel, awesome skimmer, price includes the pump!

if its the AGA 125 (72x18x22) then 3 400 watt halides is a big much. the tank isnt that deep, and it will cost a lot to run. id go with 3 150's or 175 watt bulbs, just my opinion.
