I recently bought a 300 tank. Any suggestions on filtering and pump? And any other set up suggestions.

A setup that large will need a BIG sump.That would be the best filter for it.And alot of powerheads to circulate that much water....And you should already be saving for a skimmer.One for that tank will cost over $500....
