Hello,
I am going to be purchasing an 80G bowfront tank in a few months. I wanted to start purchasing the equipment now a few pieces at a time. I am going to have a FOWLR and run a sump. I'm not looking for anything too fancy like an automatic top of system or RODI unit. Just the basics. Looking to spend $150-$200 at a time. What should I get first? :thinking:

At the very least, you're going to need a pump and a heater to start off. Also, with a tank that size, you might find it hard to stick to your $150-$200 budget.

Hey I found a guy locally that was selling a few Maxi-jets. 900 & 1200 would that be enough to circulate the tank?
