I was thinking of getting some equipment to set up for saltwater sharks and I was wondering if anyone could tell me everything I would need to buy to get started. Thanks anyone! 300g tank

Unfortunately, a 300 gallon tank is usually only big enough for one shark, and not multiple sharks. There really is nothing special you need for a shark tank though. The most important part is having the size and room for the species of shark you are looking to keep. Other than that, the usual equipment applies: large sump or wet/dry, huge skimmer, powerheads to move the water, heaters, rock to put in corners, as well as sump (for extra biological filtration - since you cannot have much rock inside the display aquarium).

huge skimmer, over size sump and a water top of sys with pre made water. 300 g evap is fast. I almost went to a close loop system because i wemt through so much water. I did 1/2 closed and 1/2 open, and added 1000gph to keep the turn over o2 mix up. Live sand, not coral and everything needs to be in the sump the shark a night will bump in to heaters and other hang on stuff.

i agree with the huge sump and water pump, BUt what type of sharks are you putting in? You should be ok with a couple sharks it depens on what type of skimmer and water pump you use.
