I have the RS100 and it's an awesome skimmer!!! I couldn't be happier with it! Excellent skimming, quiet, no micro bubbles.

Only if the skimmer is located above the tank.
A skimmer's outlet pipe cannot rise above the neck of the skimmer at any point.
