Local c-list person is selling a 270g setup with 2 - 250w halide canopy with pc lighting to boot, skimmer, filtration for 1,000 or BO
My 77g frag tank cost more than that to build

The tank would never fit in my house -- or only after the wife threw all my stuff out

yea i agree. looks like its time for you more on up to a bigger house. and with the housing market today its a great time to buy, not so much sell.

Actually in my next house I plan on doing 400-500 gallon in wall with a maint room.
It'll be awhile as the next house I'm buying will be with cash -- no

. Hope to have my current house paid off in another 4 years and then never owe anyone anything again.
