Exploding bubble anenome?

I purchased a bubble anemone yesterday from my LFS. Today I visited my tank and he was no where to be found. There are pieces of the green bulbs scattered throughout the tank. Did he explode? I have the following in my tank:
percula clown
royal gramma
6 line wrasse
condy anemone
curlique anemone
fire blood shrimp
blue legged hermit
The clown started becoming friendly with the bubble shortly after aclimating the bubble. What could ahve happened? All my water looks great. Here are my water stats:
pH = 7.7
Ammonia = 0.0
Nitrites = .3
Salinity = 1.023
I would appreciate any advice on what might have happened. The 2 astria snails I introduced yesterday are also dead! Good grief.

I have a feeling it's your Ph and nitrite that killed it. Ph is supposed to be around 8.3 and nitrite supposed to be zero at all times. Although there might be other reasons why they died, such as not enough lighting, the Ph and nitrite IMO are the causes. How long have you had your tank?

Ayayayay, that's probably why. Your anemone died. When anemones die, they shrink and then falls apart. That's why you see many little pieces of the anemones. Also, when they die, they ruin your water quality, too. So you might want to do a significant amount of water change, probably about twenty percent.
Your tank is relatively new. Although it might seem like it has finished its cycle, it might not. Especially with a sign of nitrite. Then again this nitrite might be caused by the death of the anemone.
Try to stabilize your tank for awhile first. Many people have recommended to have at least 6 months old aquarium to keep an anemone. You have a condi anemone, which is one of the hardiest anemone there is, that's probably how it managed to survive.
Also 7 gal is a very small aquarium, and it gives you a very little margin of error. You have to keep an eye on your water parameters at all times, especially with the amount of live stock you have. I don't want to lecture you here, but you have overstocked your tank. My advice, get a bigger tank :D . If you want to stick with your 7 gal, you might want to stop adding anymore live stock.
What do you have as filtration? Filter, lr, ls, skimmer? Lighting? How often do you feed?
