I have a domino Damsel and just noticed today that his left eye is bulging outward and he is staying quite which is very unusual for him can anyone help with this problem if you need more information let me know and I try to answer any questions that will help. We have had the 58 gal tank for about a month now and we bought it previously set up and just moved it to our home using 95% of the original water and haven't changed to much just added a anemone for the clowns but that has been almost a week ago. Any suggestions please let me know.

My Coral Beauty had it too after being moved.
They say if it's only one eye it's not so bad because it's probably from a physical abrasion/minor injury and will probably clear itself in a week or two.
If the other eye puffs up too, then worry.
I think I may have scratched the CB's eye with my net or something. Anyway, it got big after 5 or 6 days, then started to shrink and turn white. The last of it was a tiny white spot that rubbed off after a few days.
Let us know how it goes.

Do you have a separate hospital tank.
Since you just setup the tank...so to speak, what have been your water readings? Ammonia and nitrite? When is the last time you did a water change?
How are the other fish doing?

Doe the fish have ick or bulging eye [popeye]. Cloudy eye can be a bacterial infections or a prelude to a parasite investation.
Do you see ick on the fish. How are you treating? If you have a confirmed diagnosis of ick, the best treatment is hyposalinity. What means of treatment are you using? Also, if you have ick in your main tank, you'll need to treat all your fish.
