eye fluke??

I am new to this website...looks like great help.
We are new to the saltwater scene. We have a new
white/black bi-color dwarf angel (very cute).Had him one week. Now he shows clouding in the right eye. Don't want to medicate whole tank. Does this spread to other type fish or just angels? Thanks!! <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />
