Fading fish

We're new at this. 46g tank been up for 2 months. All levels are normal. We've lost a Coral Beauty and Flame Angelfish, Butterfly fish, and Wrasse. Even lost our one Sea Anemone and a Damsel today. First thought to have ich when small salt like spots appeared on Butterfly. Cleaner Wrasse seemed to clear that up. All fish we've lost seem to slowly fade in color and then finally go. LFS came out and found our levels to be fine.
We're not ready to give up the facinating hobby yet! Any clues/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well I see a couple of problems:
1. Stocking way to fast. I'm figuring 1 to 1 1/2 months to fully cycle then add 1 fish. QUARENTINE anything else before ya add it! I had to learn this the hard way too. Shoulda waited a couple of weeks after first fish before adding another. Besides remember to quarentine any new fish for 30 days before adding it to your main tank.
2. Make sure that you check the types of fish that you are adding- the coral beauty and the flame angel would prob fight in a 46gl tank.
3. You must wait 1 month fishless for ick to die off in a tank. A cleaner wrasse or shrimp won't cure ick IME. The parasite is probabally still in your tank.
Do you have any inverts in the tank or is it a fish only setup? Liverock? I'm taking it that there is currently nothing in it as in livestock? If so let it sit about a month then add 1 fish.
About the Anemone - You have to have the tank established 1+ years before adding em in :(
