fading of colour of fish

i have got a groper and have noticed he has slowly started to change colour. he is fading from black to white. otherwise, he seems healthy. he eats well.

They do turn colors, their actually really cool when there small, but when they get big their color fades anf they get kinda BLAH!!!!

Be sure to provide the grouper with quality and a variety of food, which could include fresh seafoods, and even live sea foods.
