Fair price for a used setup????????????????

I'm going to sell my old setup and use the money for my 125. Whats a good price? 40gal glass long,some scratches, 2-lids w/18" NO flo in each Skilter 250 w/ spare filters Wrot iron stand, heater, and water. Up and running now. Will throw in 1 green chromis. I was thinking $200or $250. What do you think?? STEVE

If you are just trying to get what ever for the tank that seems fine. But if you were actually trying to sell it for MONEY, I would sell it for more like 300 or 350. My 25 gl was over 250 just the tank, lid and filtration.

I don't know...Over $300 sounds too high to me. I bought my 75 gal tank with custom stand for $250 and the filter and lights didn't add that much to the cost...about $450 for the system. And that's a 75 gal new. I guess it depends on the supply and demand in your area. Go high and if it doesn't sell pretty quickly, come down on the price until it does. Good luck!
