All fairy wrasses are generally peaceful and would do well in a community tank. You probably shouldn't mix them, though. They can do well with most peaceful wrasses that aren't of the fairy variety too.
If the tank size is adequate, more than one species of FW can be kept. You want to avoid two males of the same species however as they will more than likely fight. As stated, they are reef safe and compatable with most other reef fish.
I have seen people with 200+ tanks that were perfectly capable of mixing fairy wrasses. I think it can be done as long as you have a big enough tank and you do not mix males.
