false and true percula

I had a single true perc in my tank. I intended on adding a small perc for he/she to hang out with, but apparently orderd a false perc instead.
so far, they seem to get along fine, but could there be a problem in the future.
I'm also not sure if I like have the different colorations either.

Hi THere. I am a newbie but from what I have read, the two should get along just fine. I may be wrong, but i believe that they can mate even though they are different.
