false clown fins getting pale

ive notice for about the past 3 or so days the smaller of my two clowns his fins are kinda pale every now and then theyll look alittle brighter but then go back to pale is this a sign of any disease or just a tired fish? the only other fish in the tank is a larger false clown water is 1.024 temp 79 am,ni,na 0 roughly 8.3 and alk 3.0

Make sure that the fish is getting a varied died of quality foods. These fish need meaty as well as vegetarian foods.
Unless you see the fins frayed or with mucus, I would not worry at this point.

well i have just been feeding them flake what else should i feed? some name brands or specifics would be helpful
