Wait...Are you asking if this is a false perc or ture perc? or which youy should get to be it's mate?? lol, i guess ill try to anser them both then...lol
1.) That clown is a False Perc A.K.A. Ocellaris Clownfish
2.) I would probably go with another Ocellaris, they will have more similar clors and patterns, so you have a better chance of getting them to pair up...Butyou could do either if you wanted to...

As zanoshanox said, it's an ocellaris.
IMO that isn't enough light for a BTA. I tried 130 watts before and my RBTA nearly died; then I got halides. The clowns don't need an anemone to be happy anyways. Try instead getting them some green hairy mushrooms.

I agree with Viper, not enough lighting. Also, a 15 gallon tank is too small a tank for an anemone. They need pristine water conditions and that is tough to do in any tank less than 30 gallons.

I relize that normally this would not be enough light but the tank is only 12" tall with 2 inch sand bed and the light right on top. Also I plan to change 3 gallons of water every week. I have two other large tanks a 75 with halides and a 175 with 260 pc. thanks I thought he was false

I still do not believe it is enoug lights, and I speak from experience.
An RBTA, a rock-dwelling anemone, will not crawl deeper if it's not getting enough light, so in this case the depth does not have much effect.
