I have a false percuala I am about to put in my new 29 gallon tank. He is currently being kept in a 10 gallon tank. I was looking on him and it looks like a tiny red dot under his mouth area is this normal??? I have never noticed before, but I was about to place him in the new tank and I noticed this. So I am going to leave it be until I get an answer. He acts fine eats fine. Thanks Help

I have heard of this happening a few times with members here. In those cases, the problem seemed to go away.
I'd suggest that you QT the fish for a min of 3 wks, and even do hyposalinity on him while he's in QT.
